Tom Mousel

Tom Mousel is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and design management. At Kiewit, Tom has held multiple leadership roles since December 2014, including Senior Design Engineering Manager, Alternative Delivery Director, and Director of Construction Engineering Services. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Structural Engineer at San Engineering from March 2010 to November 2014, and at Jirsa Hedrick and Associates from May 2005 to January 2010. Tom earned a combined Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) from South Dakota State University, completing studies between 1997 and 2005.
