Tom Simon

Tom Simon is an experienced construction professional currently working at Kiewit since July 2020, holding the roles of Project Controls and Field Engineer, specializing in punch list and warranty tasks at the Three Rivers Energy Center. Prior to this, Tom coordinated permits for a $100 million track project on the CTA Blue Line during the CTA Congress Track Phase 1 as a Field Engineer. Additional experience includes working as a Construction Estimator and Assistant Project Engineer on the Jackson Generation project, where Tom contributed to project communication and documentation. Earlier in the career, Tom held positions as a General Laborer at Meade and Assistant Project Manager at Morgan Street Developers, emphasizing project coordination and contractor communication. Tom earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Augustana College from 2016 to 2020.
