Tony Joyce is a seasoned professional in the engineering and construction industry with over two decades of experience at Kiewit. Currently serving as President and District Manager for Kiewit Water Facilities South, Tony oversees all Open Shop Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects across the Southern and Southeastern United States. Previously, in the role of Vice President, Tony managed water and wastewater projects in the Mid Atlantic region. As Area Manager and Operations Manager at Kiewit Infrastructure West Co., responsibility included overseeing multiple projects and new work pursuits, with a focus on alternate water delivery. Notable achievements include directing the 104-MGD Carlsbad Desalination Project, where oversight encompassed design, construction, and startup activities.
