William (Hoppy) Stewart has extensive experience in operations and commissioning management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Start Up Operations Manager at Kiewit since November 2011, William also held the position of Start Up Manager. Prior to this role, William worked at Black & Veatch from August 2009 to October 2011 as Assistant Commissioning Manager for the Glow Project and the West County Power Project. William's earlier career at Kiewit included the role of Lead Operations Supervisor for the JK Spruce 2 project and Start Up Manager. Additionally, William contributed to Black & Veatch as Lead Operations Supervisor for the OPPD Nebraska City 2 project between February 2008 and May 2009.
