Yunxiang Chen

Yunxiang Chen, PE, PMP, LEED AP, is a seasoned leader in the rail and transit industry with over 23 years of experience in project planning and execution. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Electrical Power and Rail Electrification at Kiewit, they previously established the rail electrification department there. Yunxiang has held key roles at Parsons Corporation, Absolute Engineering Solutions, and HNTB, contributing to numerous transit projects across various responsibilities. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at Tennessee Technological University while holding a Bachelor of Engineering from Hefei University of Technology.
