*Updated 1st June 2026* Come join the team, we're hiring 3 roles: a founding generalist, founding engineer and product designer!

DM Toby Thomas-Smith if you're interested in joining the team!

We’re not a property business. We’re solving a deeply human trust problem: how do you feel comfortable sharing your home with someone you don't know yet? Our answer: by showing you how you can trust someone through mutual friends and similarity while being an invite-only community so everyone's a friend of a friend.

We successfully built this over the last 7 years in New Zealand, Sydney, New York and now London matching over 12,000 people and earning hosts over $5,000,000 USD.

We're 10 months into the London launch and it's already our fastest growing city yet, 2x faster than NYC!

We just crossed 1400 matches and over 3000 people have stayed in a Kiki or hosted. Hosts have now earned over $1,500,000 USD while away on holiday!
