久保田芳郎

芳郎 久保田 is a medical doctor with a Ph.D. in colorectal diseases from The University of Tokyo, which they attended from 1968 to 1974. They served as an assistant professor at the First Department of Surgery at The University of Tokyo from 1984 to 1993, focusing on education, research, and clinical practice. Currently, they are the director of a corporate hospital managed by Kikkoman Corporation, where they have worked since 2012, promoting initiatives related to "food and health." In their spare time, 芳郎 enjoys horse racing.
