Hailey Payne is currently the Influencer Marketing Manager for North America at KIKO MILANO, having previously held the position of Digital PR Manager at Infinity Creative Agency from 2025 to 2026. Before that, they gained experience as a Senior Associate in Account & Campaigns at Fohr from 2022 to 2025, and as a Social Media and Events Intern with the Virginia Tech OMALS Program in 2021-2022. Hailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Tech in 2022.
