Kikoff
Derek Zhou has a long and varied work experience. Derek began their career in 2013 as an SDE Intern at Amazon, followed by a Software Engineering Intern at Major League Baseball in 2014. That same year, they returned to Amazon as an SDE I. In 2015, they joined Gusto as a Software Engineer, Payments, followed by a Software Engineer, Benefits, and eventually an Engineering Manager, Payments. In 2021, they joined Kikoff as a Staff Software Engineer and then an Engineering Manager, Platform.
Derek Zhou attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2010 to 2013, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science. Prior to this, they attended Cupertino High School from 2006 to 2010.
