Carla Grosso has held a variety of roles in the agricultural sector since 2007. Carla began as a Tesinista at the Cátedra de Genética de Poblaciones y Evolución-FCEFyN-UNC in 2007, followed by a Doctora en Ciencias Biológicas at CONICET-Cátedra de Bioquímica y Biología Molecular-FCM-UNC in 2009. In 2014, they became a Becaria Maestría en Imágenes Satelitales at Instituto Gulich. In 2017, they started at Kilimo, where they have held the roles of Head Regional Sales Argentina & Chile, Head Farmer Sales, and Analista de campo.
Carla Grosso completed their Doctorado en Ciencias Biológicas at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba from 2009 to 2016, with a field of study in Biología Molecular-Enfermedad de Chagas. Carla also obtained their Bióloga degree from the same university from 2003 to 2008.
