Matt Hartman is an accomplished business leader with over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of OneCompass Holdings and Chairman and CEO of FST Logistics, Matt has also been an Independent Digital Transformation Consultant, helping companies effectively leverage technology for business growth. Previous roles include Founder, President, and CRO of Tour de Force Inc., and President and CEO of FESTech Software Solutions. Matt served as President and CEO of Tour de Force from 2001 to 2018 and held the Vice President position at Findlay Electric Supply from 1987 to 1997. In addition to executive roles, Matt is an Executive Board Member at Polaris Automation, Inc., Geotex Construction Services, and KILL CLIFF. Matt's educational background includes studying Electrical Engineering at The University of Toledo. Matt also owns SMB Renovations, focusing on design and build renovation services in Central Ohio.
