Justin Heather

Justin Heather is an experienced legal professional who has held various roles in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel for Real Estate and Economic Development at Killam Development, previously held positions at the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity as Deputy Director Business Development and General Counsel & Ethics Officer. With a background in commercial litigation and investigations, Justin also has experience in academia as an adjunct professor and coach for an international arbitration moot team. A graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and Dartmouth College, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
