Orlando N. is the Vice President of Land Development at Killam Development, a position held since 2024. They are also a Board Member of The Laredo Federal Credit Union and President of Border Olympics in Laredo, Texas. Previously, Orlando served as the Planning Director for the City of Laredo from 2021 to 2024 and as a Real Estate Administrator at B.P. Newman Investment Co. from 2002 to 2019. Currently, Orlando is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Texas A&M International University.
