Dan Young is an accomplished IT Director at Killik & Co since September 2005, leading IT operations, strategy, and infrastructure while managing a team of 11 FTE. With a strong focus on cyber resilience and business transformation, Dan's career at Killik & Co includes roles as Head of IT Operations & Support, IT Service & Support Manager, Senior Support Analyst, and Support Analyst, where significant achievements include implementing the firm’s first SLA-driven helpdesk system and building the first VMware and Citrix environments. Prior experience includes roles at Mayer Brown, ION Group, and Jones Lang LaSalle, underpinned by a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University.
