Seb Tarleton is the Chief Operating Officer at KILLSTAR, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Seb served as Trading Director at Seraphine and held various roles at Cath Kidston, including Buying & Merchandising Director. They also gained significant experience at Urban Outfitters, Monsoon Accessorize, and The Body Shop. Seb earned a BA Hons in French, German, and European Studies from the University of the West of England from 1994 to 1998.
