Alessandra Nozza

Alessandra Nozza has accumulated extensive work experience in the field of executive search and talent acquisition. Alessandra began their career as a Human Resources Department Intern at Brembo S.p.A. in 2012, followed by an HR Center Internship in the Team Talent Acquisition at ABB in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Recruiter Specialist at Gi Group and then transitioned to the role of Executive Search Junior Consultant at theSearch-International Executive Partners, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2022, Alessandra held various roles at Korn Ferry, including Research Associate, Senior Researcher Consumer, and Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2022, they became a Senior Executive Associate at Signium, one of the world's leading executive search and leadership consulting firms. Currently, Alessandra is working as a Client Manager at Kilpatrick, an international company focused on executive search and People Solutions.

Alessandra Nozza began their education journey by obtaining a Scientific High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico "Enrico Fermi" in Bergamo, which they completed from 2001 to 2006. Alessandra then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, which they successfully accomplished over the course of four years from 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, Alessandra went on to complete a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from the same institution between 2010 and 2012. In 2013, Alessandra participated in an HR Management course offered by Temporary S.p.A. Additionally, they attained the First Certificate in English from the British Council in 2004.
