Laura Cesati

Laura Cesati has held various roles in the executive search and human resources industry since 2010. Laura began their career as a Researcher at Futurestep, A Korn/Ferry Company in 2010. In 2013, they joined TRANSEARCH as a Consultant and Associate Life Sciences. In 2017, they began working at Kilpatrick as a Client Director, International Client Manager, and Senior Consultant. In 2022, they joined Taskforce as a Client Director. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for creating and developing client-business relationships, supervising full-cycle recruitment projects, and sourcing and screening resumes.

Laura Cesati completed a Master Human Resources Specialist at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School in 2015, focusing on Human Resources. Laura also attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2004 to 2010, studying Management Internazionale.
