Doug Hass

Doug Hass is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including automotive, medical, and insurance. Currently serving as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Kimball Electronics, Doug has delivered strategic guidance to senior leadership and the Board. Previous roles include General Counsel and Secretary at Lifeway Foods, where management's primary liaison to the Board was managed, and Associate General Counsel at Columbus Insurance. Doug has also practiced law at notable firms such as DLA Piper and Franczek Radelet, specializing in labor and employment law, compliance, and litigation. In addition to a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Business from the University of Phoenix.
