Tom Ferris

Tom Ferris has had extensive work experience in the medical industry. Tom currently holds the position of Vice President, Medical Solutions at Kimball Electronics since January 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director Global Business Development Medical Solutions at Kimball Electronics from July 2022 to December 2023. From August 2011 to June 2022, they held the position of Global Director Business Development Medical Solutions at the same company. In their early career, they worked as a Business Manager at Kimball Electronics from November 2006 to August 2011. Before joining Kimball Electronics, they worked as a Sales Manager at Raumedic from 2002 to 2006, and as a Commercial Manager at Miza Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2002. Tom also gained experience as a Product Manager at Molex from 1999 to 2001.

Tom Ferris completed their degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Control from the University of Limerick from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in NC Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Fabrication from Munster Technological University between 1990 and 1992.
