Rob Everett is a transformational R&D leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and open innovation at Kimberly-Clark from 2011 to 2025. They held various leadership roles, including Director of Digital Transformation & Open Innovation, where they implemented advanced capabilities in modeling, automation, and AI. As Managing Director of the Innovation Center Asia, Rob successfully led a team to launch multiple products and file over ten global patents. They earned a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1989.
