Steve Hellmann is currently an Engineering Technical Leader at Kimberly-Clark, where they oversee site Operations Technology systems and networks, driving capital improvement programs and providing electrical technical oversight. Previously, Steve held various electrical engineering roles at the company, including Electrical Engineer 1, 2, 3, and 4, contributing to both corporate and plant operations for Family Care and Feminine Care. Steve has also completed an electrical engineering co-op program during their undergraduate studies. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Crown College.
