Chris McCarty

Chris McCarty is the Head of Engineering at kimkim. Prior to this, they were a Technical Manager at TripAdvisor, responsible for the Tablet, Apple TV, In Destination, Travel Timeline, and Apple Watch teams. Chris has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at EveryTrail, where they were responsible for feature implementation, performance optimization, SEO, social media, and platform management. Chris is an experienced software developer and product manager, with expertise in PHP, MySQL, bash, memcached, Amazon EC2 + S3, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.

Chris McCarty's educational career includes a BS from Stanford University in Computer Science with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction, as well as high school from St. Ignatius College Preparatory.
