Peter Syntax

Peter Syntax, PE, LEED AP is a highly experienced electrical engineer and project manager currently serving as Vice President at Kimley-Horn since January 2012. In this role, Peter oversees significant power distribution systems, large transportation projects, renewable energy initiatives, substation, and SCADA systems, alongside a team focused on fiber networks, infrastructure, security, and communications. Prior to Kimley-Horn, Peter managed the Phoenix Office for Dinter Engineering from March 2009 to January 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing one of Arizona's largest projects, the Phoenix Sky Harbor Sky Train. Experience also includes serving as a project manager and electrical engineer at Henderson Engineers, Inc., and design roles at FM GROUP INC and Moss Marine. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Poly.
