KimPax is building Decision Intelligence Infrastructure for agriculture.

We believe some of the world's most valuable knowledge exists inside experienced people's minds. In agriculture, master farmers develop expertise over decades through observation, experimentation, and operational decision-making. Much of this knowledge is tacit, undocumented, and disappears when farmers retire.

KimPax captures, structures, and transforms this expertise into reusable intelligence assets that can be transferred, licensed, and applied by future farmers and agricultural operators.

Our core innovation is the Knowledge Intelligence Capsule (KIC), a system that captures expert judgment, decision logic, observations, and outcomes, then converts them into structured knowledge assets that can support learning, decision-making, and operational improvement.

We are initially focused on agriculture because the challenge is urgent. Across Japan and many developed economies, experienced farmers are aging while fewer successors possess the practical expertise required to maintain productivity, quality, and profitability. The result is a growing knowledge gap that contributes to operational mistakes, lower yields, reduced product quality, and declining farm income.

KimPax aims to preserve this expertise before it disappears and create mechanisms for transferring it to future generations.

Our long-term vision extends beyond agriculture. We believe organizations across every industry face the same challenge: valuable expertise is accumulated over decades but rarely captured as an organizational asset. When experts retire, resign, or leave, critical knowledge often leaves with them.

We envision a future where human judgment becomes institutional capital. KimPax is building the infrastructure through which expertise can be captured, governed, preserved, reused, and scaled, creating economic value while ensuring ownership, attribution, and trust remain with the original knowledge holders.
