KIMPOPS is the original Kimchi Bite, a better-for-you snack brand built on a Korean grandmother's traditional kimchi recipe, transformed into a crunchy, snackable, fiery bite powered by real fermentation. Built on a back-to-basics philosophy, KIMPOPS prioritizes real, recognizable ingredients that deliver meaningful benefits, without relying on artificial flavors or preservatives.

Each bite is powered by traditionally fermented napa cabbage kimchi and supported by Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, the native probiotic strain found in authentic kimchi, helping support gut health through simple, functional ingredients. We ferment the traditional way providing a clean, fiery crunch that aligns with growing consumer demand for authentic, gut-friendly, minimally processed snacks.

The lineup features nostalgic, high-velocity kimchi flavors reimagined as a crunchy bite format with no compromise on heat or flavor.

The result is a differentiated, great-tasting snack positioned at the intersection of gut health and heritage, delivering functional benefits through a trusted, generations-old ingredient, reinvented for the modern snack aisle. CRAVE KIMPOPS!
