Andrea Bryant

Andrea Bryant, MA has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Andrea worked at Tronox from 2006 until 2014, where they held the role of Senior Human Resources Representative. In this position, they were responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee benefits management, compliance, leave of absence programs, and budget tracking.

In 2015, Andrea joined Kimray, Inc as the Human Resources Benefits Manager. Andrea'sresponsibilities included overseeing employee benefit administration, conducting industry and community surveys to analyze the company's competitive position in benefit programs, and providing special guidance and assistance to all company locations. Andrea later advanced to the role of HR Manager and eventually became the Director of People and Culture in December 2018.

Andrea Bryant holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. Andrea later received a Masters degree in Organization Development from the University of Central Oklahoma in the years 2004-2006. Additionally, Andrea has obtained several certifications, including Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2023, Prosci Train-the-Trainer Level 1 from Prosci in 2023, and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2022. Andrea also holds certifications in Change Management from SHRM and Compensation Strategy Development from SHRM. Andrea is an IEL Member with Strata Leadership, LLC, and has completed the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect program from Korn Ferry.
