Ron Drake

Ron Drake is an experienced Continuous Improvement Leader currently at Kimray, Inc. since October 2018. Previously, Ron served as a Lean Implementer at Johnson Controls from October 2010 to July 2018, where responsibilities included training participants in lean events and managing the application of lean tools. Ron also held the position of Lean & Continuous Improvement Specialist at ATC Drivetrain, focusing on lean manufacturing processes and training for production efficiency. Additional experience includes roles as Continuous Improvement Champion at Circor Energy Products and Continuous Improvement Project Manager at Autocraft Industries, both leaders in their respective fields. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.
