Ryan Schmidt

Ryan Schmidt, CPA has a strong background in finance and accounting. Ryan started their career as a FPA/Financial Analyst/Supervisor in various companies from 2004 to 2010. Ryan then joined United Holdings, a subsidiary of Kirby Corp, as an Assistant Controller from 2010 to 2015. In this role, they managed the accounting/finance department and was responsible for financial statement reporting, consolidations, forecasting, and SOX compliance.

In 2015, Ryan joined Panhandle Oilfield Service Companies, Inc. as an Assistant Controller. Here, they oversaw the accounting/finance department and played a key role in managing financial statement reporting, forecasting, general ledger accounting, and cost analysis. Ryan also successfully integrated a newly acquired subsidiary into the company.

Currently, Ryan is working at Kimray, Inc. Ryan started as a Controller in 2016 and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2020. In their current role, they are responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including financial statement reporting and forecasting.

Ryan Schmidt, CPA holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University, obtained in 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, graduating in 2004. Ryan is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the Oklahoma Accountancy Board.
