Jo MacDonald

Jo Macdonald has extensive experience in recruitment and client engagement, currently serving as the Client Engagement Lead at Kin since February 2018. Previously, Jo held roles as a Talent Specialist and Recruiter at TalentShop, where strong relationship building with creative, digital, and marketing talent was emphasized. Earlier career positions included HR Coordinator at Park Road Post Production, where support for various HR functions was provided, and Office Manager at Saatchi & Saatchi, focusing on agency operations and wellbeing.
