KiN Group is a Singapore-based lifestyle and hospitality company building a new kind of urban experience ecosystem across Asia.

Founded in 2023 by Singaporean and Vietnamese partners with backgrounds in technology and real estate, KiN opened its first property in Ho Chi Minh City and has since grown to over 30 hotels across Vietnam. The group is now expanding into Malaysia, with a clear pipeline across Singapore, China, and beyond.

But KiN is more than a hotel company. It is a forward-thinking hospitality ecosystem targeting travellers aged from their early 30s to 50s who seek design, warmth, and genuine connection over conventional luxury. Built on the philosophy of the Warmth of Kinship, every KiN property is designed to feel like home.

The KiN ecosystem spans five verticals:
ㆍHospitality: KiN Hotel, KiN Hotel Edition, KiN Wander, and NiK Hotel, each carrying its own design personality.
ㆍWellness: WAV Onsen, Vietnam's first fully private Japanese onsen, offering 24/7 personalized sensory suites.
ㆍFood & Beverage: Phiêu Rooftop Bar, Yakiuo Ishikawa Saigon, South Ground, and TucKiN Café, each a destination in its own right.
ㆍLifestyle & Consumer: Floralpunk, KiNSim, and Flyco, extending the KiN community into everyday life.
ㆍTechnology & Build: KiNEX and BTS Concept, powering the group's digital infrastructure and managing the full physical lifecycle of every property.

For landlords, developers, and companies looking to elevate their assets, KiN Group offers an Asset Management and Franchise Model, bringing our design, operations, and brand expertise to properties beyond our own. From 5-star to key boutique categories, we are an end-to-end hospitality partner built for scale.

As we continue to expand across Asia, we welcome opportunities to collaborate with property owners, developers, investors, and hospitality professionals who share our vision of building meaningful experiences.

Headquartered in Singapore. Rooted in Ho Chi Minh City. Growing across Asia.
