David Fairfield has a diverse work experience. David started working at Grand Court Lifestyles, Inc. in 1997 as a Sr Accountant until 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Consultant at Systems Specialists, Inc. Finally, they joined Kin Properties Inc in 2001, where they worked as a Systems Administrator/Corprate Tax Accountant until 2015 when they were promoted to Director of Information Technology/Corp Tax Accountant.
From 1989 to 1991, David Fairfield attended the US Army where they pursued Finance and Financial Management Services without obtaining a degree.

We are a privately-held commercial real estate investment company, in business for over 60 years. Our principal activities are the acquisition, ownership, and management of free-standing commercial properties across the United States and Canada. We are a family business that has been owned continuously, with our third generation now actively involved in our operations and management. Most of our properties comprise of single-tenant retail properties as well as both single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial properties. In recent years, we have been adding multi-family residential rental properties, located in or near major metropolitan areas, to our portfolio in joint-venture efforts.
