Our principal activities are the acquisition, ownership, and management of free-standing commercial properties across the United States and Canada. We are a family business that has been owned continuously, with our third generation now actively involved in our operations and management. Most of our properties comprise of single-tenant retail properties as well as both single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial properties. In recent years, we have been adding multi-family residential rental properties, located in or near major metropolitan areas, to our portfolio in joint-venture efforts.
