KINASE is an investment fund formed to acquire a medium-sized company in Brazil (R$ 50m to R$ 100m in sales).

We operate under the concept of search fund. This means that we will acquire a single company with the objective of assuming control and management of the same.

We have special interest in the Health, Education, Logistics and Automotive Services industries. However, we are open to opportunities in other industries.

We are looking for companies with the following characteristics:
- History of revenue growth and profitability
- Recurring and contracted revenue model
- Low Capex needs

KINASE's principal has international experience in consulting, M & A and business management, having worked in companies such as Bain & Co, Booz & Co and Magnesita.

KINASE is supported by several investors based in South Africa, Brazil, Spain and the USA.
