Amber Pate

Amber Pate, M.A., currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Talent Management & Total Rewards at Kinaxis, where the focus is on providing agility in decision-making for integrated business planning and digital supply chain management. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Aegion Corporation, overseeing HR strategy for a large global workforce, and roles at Ascension and Spire, where significant contributions involved the development of performance management initiatives and employee experience strategies. Earlier career roles included global compensation management at Belden Inc., and HR support functions at multiple organizations, beginning with Furniture Brands International, where Amber managed executive compensation and compliance for multiple brands. Amber Pate holds degrees from Webster University in Management and Human Resources, as well as an M.A. in HR Development, and also completed the Women's Leadership Program at Yale University.
