Barbara Collins

Barbara Collins is an experienced marketing and operations professional with a strong background in database management and sales operations. Currently serving as the Marketing Database Manager at Kinaxis since May 2020, Barbara oversees marketing processes related to the contact database and leads platform onboarding within Salesforce. Prior to this role, Barbara held positions at Ruffalo Noel Levitz as Senior Sales Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Customer Relationship Management System for various divisions, and as Project Coordinator with a focus on Salesforce database maintenance. Barbara also has extensive experience in office operations management from a tenure at Day Automation and operations management at JPMorgan Chase. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Monroe Community College. Currently, Barbara is a member of the RevOps Co-Op, a professional community dedicated to go-to-market operations.
