Brad Pizzati

Brad Pizzati has extensive experience in program management and customer care operations, currently serving as Manager of Programs and Operations at Kinaxis since September 2012. With a strong focus on certifications for partner-developed applications on the RapidResponse platform, Brad has held multiple roles at Kinaxis, including Senior Program Manager, Global Customer Care Operations, where notable achievements include receiving the GCC Champion Award and the Be Real Spirit of Kinaxis Award. Prior to Kinaxis, experience includes IT support roles at HTS Engineering and the Department of National Defence, as well as team management at Sitel Incorporated and 3D modeling at the Centre For Advanced Visualization. Brad holds a diploma in Computer Systems Technician from Algonquin College and has participated in various conferences, collaborating with key stakeholders across locations.
