Faez Ahmed

Faez Ahmed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and enablement across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Training & Enablement at Kinaxis since November 2022, Faez leads global customer and partner enablement initiatives, driving sales enablement and certifications while managing P&L responsibilities. Previously, Faez held key positions including VP Global Education at Syniti, Senior Director of Training & Certification and Global Director of Education Services at ServiceNow, where the ServiceNow NextGen program was founded. Faez's leadership roles extend to CEdMA Enterprise as Chairman of the Board, and CEdMA Europe as Vice Chairman and Director. Early career experience includes significant roles at Hewlett-Packard, Centrica, and Humanity First International, showcasing a commitment to education and support programs. Faez holds a B.Eng Hons in Electronics from The University of Bolton.
