Fraser Gordon, CPIM, PMP, is an experienced professional in training delivery and software development, currently serving as Training Delivery Manager and Senior Content Developer at Kinaxis since June 2018. At Kinaxis, Fraser has developed a range of multimedia training content for the RapidResponse product and improved content development processes for better visibility and adoption. Prior to this, Fraser worked at IBM from July 2011 to June 2018 as a Technical Curriculum Developer focusing on IBM Cognos solutions, and held software development roles at IBM Canada Ltd., Cognos, Mallinckrodt, and the Canada Revenue Agency, specializing in build automation and user interface development.
