Gemma Rusling

Gemma Rusling is a seasoned legal professional specializing in employment law with extensive experience in various prestigious law firms. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Employment at Kinaxis since August 2023, Gemma previously held the position of EMEA Employment Counsel at Elastic for a brief period. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Eversheds Sutherland lasted from August 2015 to August 2023, culminating in the role of Principal Associate. Gemma also practiced as an Employment Solicitor at Weightmans from December 2012 to July 2015 and at Field Fisher Waterhouse in Manchester from September 2010 to December 2012. The career began as a Trainee Solicitor at DLA Piper from September 2008 to August 2010, following the completion of a Legal Practice Course at The University of Sheffield and an LLB Hons in Law from the University of Leicester.
