Heather Irwin

Heather Irwin, CHRL, is an accomplished Talent Operations Manager at Kinaxis, a prominent provider of cloud-based SaaS software focused on enhancing supply chain operations. Since December 2015, Heather has played a vital role in leveraging RapidResponse® to optimize customers’ supply chain visibility and efficiency. Prior to Kinaxis, Heather held various positions at SOMOS Consulting Group from January 2010 to December 2015, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Specialist, contributing to the firm's consulting services in numerous specialized areas. Additionally, Heather served as Resource Manager at ADRM Tec from October 2008 to January 2010, where expertise in IT and HR staffing processes was utilized to deliver value to clients. Heather received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph.
