Karsten Rose

Karsten Rose currently serves as the Regional Vice President for DACH & Netherlands at Kinaxis since April 2025. Previously, Rose held various leadership roles at Coupa Software from April 2014 to April 2025, including Area Vice President Sales for Central Europe and Regional Vice President Sales for Central & Eastern Europe. Prior experience includes partnership at Layer8-Solutions, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sievo Oy, and multiple positions at SAP Ariba, including Director of Sales for Central and Eastern Europe. Rose began professional career as a Professional Service Consultant at Portum AG from 2000 to 2003 and holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Mannheim, completed in 2000.
