Kevin Chan

Kevin Chan is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Kinaxis since September 2022, previously holding the role of Principal Data Scientist at Oracle from September 2014 to August 2022. At Oracle, responsibilities included leading a team of over 10 data scientists and engineers, architecting and building a containerized machine learning platform in Python, which streamlined the model deployment process. Kevin's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Software Developer, focusing on .NET application development, external systems integration, and data access through bulk APIs. Additionally, Kevin worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Alberta from 2007 to 2013, specializing in data analysis related to lepton jets. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Particle Physics from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Simon Fraser University.
