Service Operations Analyst

Kevin Forde has extensive experience in technical support and service operations, currently serving as a Service Operations Analyst at Kinaxis since August 2018. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Technical Support Engineer at Nuix from February 2017 to July 2018, where support was provided for Nuix's range of products.
