Lara Motro

Lara Motro has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as a Business Consultant at Kinaxis since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lara worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Global Program Manager for Integrated Planning, where important contributions included leading a change management initiative for the E2E Planning transformation project utilizing o9 Solutions. Lara's tenure at Labatt Breweries of Canada included various managerial roles focused on logistics and supply planning, notably managing a CAPEX budget for regional logistics projects and receiving the 2016 AB InBev Owners Program award. Earlier roles included business and data analysis at Environment and Climate Change Canada and a summer research assistantship at Koç Üniversitesi. Lara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Bioengineering from the University of Toronto.
