Lou McNamee

Lou McNamee is an accomplished professional in software development and engineering with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Core Algorithms Delivery in Product Development at Kinaxis since December 2019, Lou previously held positions including Manager of Business Analytics Development at Kinaxis, Software Engineering Manager at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, and Software Development Manager at Amazon. Lou is the Principal and Founder of KodoWorks Technology Corporation, a company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions, and has also contributed significantly to General Dynamics Canada in roles such as CoCommand Product Manager and Manager of Research and Development for Air and Naval Systems. Lou's career began in the Canadian Armed Forces, where important experience was gained as a Combat Systems Engineer. Lou holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Robotics from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Royal Military College of Canada.
