Michael D. currently serves as VP Finance at Kinaxis since January 2023. Prior to this, Michael held key financial leadership roles at CBC/Radio-Canada from January 2012 to October 2022, including Executive Director of Corporate Finance & Administration, where responsibilities encompassed overall budgeting, treasury management, and financial services for a team of 55. Additionally, Michael was the Executive Director Finance and Controller, overseeing financial stewardship, and previously held the position of Senior Director - Accounting and Corporate Reporting. Michael's experience includes a role as Director of Treasury & Accounting Policy at Zarlink Semiconductor and ten years at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included a secondment as Associate Director of Human Resources in New Zealand. Michael is a Chartered Accountant, having earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from Queen's University.
