Richard Hsiao

Richard Hsiao is an experienced executive in the field of professional services, currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services for the APJ and India regions at Kinaxis since May 2020. Prior to this role, Richard held various leadership positions at JDA Software from February 2010 to February 2020, including Vice President of Customer Success and Group Vice President, where responsibilities included managing consulting services and ensuring customer success with a focus on P&L. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as a Sr. Program Manager at i2 Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed business development and supply chain management solution implementation in the Greater China Hi-Tech and Electronic Industry. Richard holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Tamkang University.
