Saba Yasaei

Saba Yasaei is a software developer with experience in algorithms and quality at Kinaxis since July 2023. Previously, Saba worked at the University of Victoria as a research assistant from September 2020 to May 2023, focusing on electron microscopy data analysis for superconducting materials in quantum computing applications, and exploring AI, machine learning, and computer vision techniques. Additionally, Saba served as a teaching assistant, delivering lectures and instructing laboratory courses. Experience also includes a software developer role at Plotly, where application development and client relationship management were key responsibilities, as well as research assistant work at the Advanced Nanomaterials Laboratory, focusing on photovoltaic solar cell and thin-film transistor fabrication. Saba holds a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from K. N. Toosi University of Technology.
