Nathan Flood

Nathan Flood is the President and CEO of KINBER, where he has also served as the Interim President and CEO and Vice President. Additionally, he holds board member positions at ELA Group, Inc., Natural Streams Foundation, The Quilt, Inc., and PENNSYLVANIA INTEGRATED LIBRARY SYSTEM (PaILS). Nathan is also a Vistage Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. and the Founder and President of Golden Road Enterprises LLC. Prior to his current roles, he served as a Senior Advisor, Deputy Secretary for Conservation and Technical Services, and Director of Legislation and Advisory Councils at the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Nathan also has experience as Chief of Staff at the Pennsylvania State Senate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Political Affairs from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, and an Associate in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
