Clay Gordon

Clay Gordon is a construction executive with extensive experience in preconstruction, project management, operations management, business development, marketing strategy, and legislative affairs. Currently serving as President at Kinco Constructors since 2023, Clay has previously held key roles at Nabholz Construction, including Project Manager and EVP of Strategy & Growth, where responsibilities encompassed project oversight, market research, and business strategy development. Clay earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, completing the degree between 1998 and 2000.
